Off Season Hockey Team Insurance
A Hockey team, requires sports liability and accident insurance to protect the players, coaches, team managers and your third party liability obligations when renting facilities. Our liability program provides your customer with a comprehensive package that includes the Participants Liability as well as the necessary requirements to meet the facilities requirements they play or practice in.
CSIB Hockey Sports Liability policy includes coverage for:
- Try outs
- Tournament Play
- Exhibition Play
- Dry land Training
- Hockey development camps within the team
- On Ice Training
This liability policy provides a $5 million liability (CGL) limit and includes Accident Insurance. Our office must supply a list of Additional Insureds and a Team Roster within 30 days of purchase. If teams are going out of country additional premium charged.
Premium: $450.00
Our Fee: $25.00

Annual Hockey School - Controlled Contact and Non-Contact
Hockey School or Camp operations need liability and accident insurance. We provide Liability Insurance with a $5 million limit including participants liability. All on ice activities and dryland training associated with the camp or school are covered. Coverage is also included for instructors or volunteers. An additional insured can be added at no additional cost.

OffSeason Spring/Summer Hockey Tournament Insurance
Hosted hockey tournament insurance is designed for a third party who is organizing a tournament. Pricing is based upon the number of teams participating in the tournament. It features an option to include referee accident insurance. This insurance does not cover the players. All participating teams must provide confirmation of insurance to the tournament organizer - insurance for the teams is mandatory. If required, please provide additional insured information.
