As a Hockey team, you require sports liability and accident insurance to protect the players, coaches, team managers and your third party liability obligations when renting facilities. Our liability program provides you with a comprehensive package that includes the Participants Liability as well as the necessary requirements to meet the facilities you play or practice in.
This CSIB Hockey Sports Liability policy includes coverage for:
- Controlled Contact Play
- Try outs
- Tournament Play
- Exhibition Play
- Dry land Training
- Hockey development camps within the team
This liability policy provides a $5 million liability (CGL) limit. This package includes Accident Insurance and a processing fee of $25.
Teams must supply a list of Additional Insured and a Team Roster within 30 days of purchase. You can access Additional Insured and Team Roster forms from your My Account page once your order is complete.
Please Note: This insurance coverage is for teams with 23 or fewer Canadian players. Once you have completed your initial purchase, you can purchase coverage for additional players and/or additional adults. Additional player or adult purchases are available within the My Account area after you have logged in.
